Membership and Bikes
I have been an Eagle rider for 3 years. Last November 20 I noticed that my payments were not coming out as they should have and I got behind in my payments. Didn't have the check mark on the renew payments box and got behind 8 payments on my membership. Called and the person on the phone was helpful and got me caught up on my payments. $39.60 x 8=$316.00. When we talked he said everything was fixed up. It was my understanding that the payments would start coming out automatically however this didn't happen. In Mar I was about to book a trip and noticed that again my payments did not come out. I knew I had all my credits but now they were gone. I tried to get my payments up to date but by signing in it started me on a new membership and all my credits were lost. I immediately called customer service to try to fix things up. For the past 3 years in April I have rented you bikes for a couple weeks each time so I was fully committed to keeping up my membership. I was put in contact with Kristy who I might add is not a very good person for a representative. Very Rude. She sent me a email and said I needed to acknowledge it and send it back. Which I promptly did. I was hoping that I could do it in time to get my credits for this Aprils trip. I still booked the bike and the trip even though nothing had happened with my credits and still went. Just today..3 months later I called her to see if she had any updates for me about my lost credits. She told me that she had done nothing to look into it because I didn't return her email. This is totally not true. I made 100% sure I did because I was hoping to get my credits or my last trip this past April 8/2019. Kristy is very unsympathetic and gets rude. Very poor customer representative. I paid $316.00 to get my account up to date and thought all was good. I thought when I talked to the person about getting on track my payments would start coming out automatically but they didn't. I paid $316.00 plus my other membership dues and received nothing and Kristy did nothing to help. She made me so angry with her rude attitude I have since Quit Eagleriders after 3 Years and 3 awesome trips.
