Phone not allowing access to any features.
Problems with my dad's phone. When it turns on it says Ultimate Mobile Experience, then it cuts off. It won't allow access to the phone functions. He needs to replace the phone due to the change from Sprint to T-Mobile. The letter indicates he should receive text message with information to upgrade the device and switch to the T-Mobile Network. We can't view the texts of anything as it won't allow us to get into the phone.
