Problem in the product, problems with the companies ethics, attitude, and of its contempt of its customers

The GPS tracking on the device, basically is dysfunctional, and it decides only to work when it feels like it. I reported the problem many many months ago, and I was advised not to use it, when the skies were cloudy, or in heavy rain, high humidity or if there happens to be tall building in the vicinity. (Basically, that pretty much excludes Singapore). It was all crap. They replaced the device recently, and its even worse User's recommendation: To this company, (you) the customer is nothing more than a major inconvenience from the moment they have taken your money. The customer becomes an unwanted and undesirable legacy from the moment they they have taken your cash.
