When will I learn?! I have had 4 Fitbits and each of them has developed problems within one years time of wearing. My latest is a Charge 4. It is sporadic in recording the sleep. Dont bother to call customer service. One young woman put me on a brief hold and never came back. Another talked as if she had a mouth full of marbles and said she would turn over my issue to the specialty department which would send me an email! PLEASE SLAP ME IF I PURCHASE ANOTHER FITBIT!!! User's recommendation: Buy some other Fitness watch!
