Can’t get the band off

Reading the card didn't help someone like me. I needed more guidance and help that I could not find. On hold for over 30 minutes without any one reaching out to me. After that I immediately packed the fitbit up and I will be sending it back tomorrow.You User's recommendation: If you need customer service help, don't purchase.
