Update by user May 17, 2020 Addendum. I just found that a refund for one day had been issued. It was by accident that I was made aware of it as neither hotel nor "van" ever bothered to follow up as promised Original review posted by user May 16, 2020 I called told receptionist I was coming into town to have surgery and was there a discount....
