i have a delivery and been tracking the status. it kept on saying they missed me but nobody even came and knock on the door. i waited the whole day for the package to arrive and 2 times they clamied they missed me. i contacted them and said they will deliver for the 3rd time and when i checked for update, it say that i requested for pick up which i never did. this is bs!!! User's recommendation: they should call the customer if they are on the way.
