Not upholding Promotion

Original review updated by user Jun 16, 2021 AT&T had a promotion that if you gave them your existing phone (a qualifying phone) they would give you an IPHONE 12 for free. Meaning, I would not have to pay the installment fee every month. I did that with 6 lines. This happened back in October of 2020. I had only 14 days to mail my phones in, which I did. They received my phones on November 10, 2020. I have been dealing with their customer loyalty department every month since November, 2020, trying to get my bill corrected. They have continued to charge me the installment charges every month. I am now owed $982.80. I have had 3 different cases turned in to their "intensive care" department, the department that handles these types of issues, with no resolve. I am beyond frustrated.
