Bought ticket evening Aug 7 to travel Dakar-Lisbon-Copenhagen Aug 8. Paid almost USD 1,300 for a one way due to urgency. Learn when trying to board in Lisbon that I was rebooked without my consent. No other alternatives. Had to wait 12 hours in airport despite urgency to get to Copenhagen. Trying to request refund for the ticket but my ticket number is not recognized. Have noted 047757****898.
