I was told parts had been ordered in January and when they did not appear tried to telephone Knowhow a couple of times and kept being transferred from one to another and getting nowhere. This week I received a very helpful call asking how they could help and hopefully now I will receive the ordered parts in the next couple of weeks. User's recommendation: It would have been much easier to deal on-line but this has not been possible for the past couple of months.
