Resolved: Items stolen out of a package sent from Durban to Cape Town

Update by user Apr 10, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I had to go to great lengths to get a cash refund from Aramex. Wasted a great deal of my time and a lot of money on cell phone calls to get them to give me a refund. So in the end I was reimbursed but I am unable to replace the items here in SA.. Original review posted by user Mar 10, 2021 Swiss chocolates - a large package of expensive chocolates purchased on my trip to Switzerland were removed from the parcel before it was delivered to my daughter in Cape Town. Apart from the obvious cost of this blatant theft, these items cannot be bought in this country. I am appalled that a company like this can allow this to happen. I will never ever use aramex again and will discourage other people who may think of using this company User's recommendation: Do not risk sending anything of special meaning/value.
