Horrible customer service. Purchased a lovesac before Christmas, had nothing but problems with deliveries and the company. Final return over a month ago and still have not received my money from original purchase. Refunds come by checks after months apparently. Three months so far and I'm yet to recieve my money. Reconsider your purchase!!!!
