I was unable to find my flight after purchase and did not receive a confirmation email.

I purchased a flight for my daughter but did not receive a confirmation email. I tried contacting Delta and there was a 4 hour wait time. I had tried every automated option to find my ticket but the system informed me, using the last 4 digits of the payment card used, there was no record of a purchase. I had to buy another ticket. Refund denied by Delta.
