Poor service malfunctioning equipment

Video motion detection stopped working in the course of six weeks have had seven techs out to fix, cameras are still not fixed my calls are passed around from one hapless rep to another. Even called headquarters and was told all they could is send me back to the same hapless ineffective customer service pool. User's recommendation: Avoid ADT.
