Item marked incorrectly and return issues

I purchased a bed only to find later on that one of the boxes were mis-marked and wound up with 2 of the same box. Calling customer service takes a long time A case was opened but after a week no one contacted me, so I called back. I was told that a replacement item wouldn't be arriving for at least 4 weeks. I requested a refund. I'm still waiting for that to happen. User's recommendation: Check the item carefully.
