I am trying to reach out about a return for an item that was sent to me damaged and it states not returnable on my account. The online chat is not directing me to an agent and phone numbers are not valid for support. I enjoy the site but if the customer service issues will continue to be sub par I will take my business to other sites that provide better customer service. User's recommendation: Better customer service. Email phone valid phone numbers.
