Dryer not starting

Called whirlpool over a Roper Dryer M#RED4640YQ1 S# M3393**** I called to get assistance on why the dryer has no power going to the start button and the door switch only and the tech I talked to didnt have any information about the dryer motor or the wiring harnesses. I have power everywhere else except the start button and door switch. If you have any tech that can help me Id appreciate a call back as soon as possible... Frank Rowe 580-991**** User's recommendation: Whirlpool doesn’t have info to help on there products.
