shipping costs are ridiculous customer service is non existent shipping time frames don't are crazy not sure where this stuff comes from-but must be Mars based on all of the above

The support s***cks, the order was made, but it was not sent for a long time, and then it was canceled. The сustomer support doesn't know anything, it's just useless.
