I bought this Nano X2R hearing aid kit Feb. 9,2021. After I followed the instructions I started having problems. One of the hearing pieces ( the left one ) would not stay charged very long. I've been in chat rooms with this company and have had several phone calls with them. They have given me different things to try, which I did.
