First of all I am completely paralyzed from the neck down. I purchased a very expensive Beautyrest adjustable base. It was supposed to be Alexa compatible Bass did not work I had to sleep sitting position all night long customer service told me to try to fix it myself and I cant even feed myself so how can I do that. When you spend almost $9000 you expect to get a working product not a product that you have to fix yourself. Basically I have to sit in the position they have no concern for bedsores all they want is your money and they could care less about how their customers feel or if the product works they send people that dont know how to assemble things User's recommendation: Everything will be great when you’re purchasing if anything goes wrong they would have nothing to do with you.
