I stayed with the hotel for a weekend and booked using my bank card unfortunately and they stole 1000 from my account. They lied and told me that i took out a cash advance when i don't even gamble. When they saw i wasn't happy with the charge they lied to me and told me my boyfriend took out a cash advance!! How dare they accuse my boyfriend of getting a cash advance when he cannot! i tried to dispute this theory by trying this they request that the actual person use a id . I asked for security footage and they never provided it or called me back! Thank god i have a credit union and they disputed the charges and i got the money back after months of fighting! Mohegan didn't even apologize!!!!!! i regret the time i stayed at this multibillion dollar place!!! User's recommendation: NOOOOOOOO.
