I was late.. i accept responsibility... But one day late, i called and spoke to a representative and she took my money , looked in the computer and said i had not been dis enrolled , so since i had done this everything would be fine.. and i still was enrolled... a month later i am dropped.. and they even have the conversation recorded, they say so.. but refuse to reinstate me..
