Letter of Complaint

I am writing from Shell Station DO Jalan Pantai, Sunggala Gateway, Port Dickson. This is to highlight Food Panda riders have been parking recklessly at our premises (while waiting for orders) despite advice and warnings been communicated to them. This is causing a serious safety hazard in our premises and this is not a Shell's HSSE standards to put up with such nonsense. Besides safety issue riders are littering inconsiderately at our premises despite litter bin been provided. We do not allow riders to wait at our premises with immediate effect. Please take the necessary action to inform your riders. Or the next course of action, we will not hesitate to lodge this matter to the police for trespassing.
