2017 Toyota Tacoma total loss

I have not been able to get a specific answer concerning my Allstate Claim. My Toyota was in a collision which ended in a total loss. I received the valuation from Allstate, but have been unable to find a way to claim my loss through the GAP insurance program. I have called both Toyota Financial Services and Toyota Motor Credit Corporation without success. I have the information from Allstate, but I cannot find where to send it. Please advise.
