My package is showing delivered and sign for but I haven’t received anything from fedex.

Most awful customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!

I was due to receive my delivery on Monday 30th September. I receive a delivery but it’s not mine!!! My tracking sticker has been stuck on someone else’s parcel, I arrange Fedex to collect this within an hour of receiving but 3 days later they cannot even locate my parcel!!!!
