I booked a car rental with them for Daytona beach Florida for 07/22/21. My flight was delayed 65 AA5221. Was put on another flight which I had to go to Gainesville Florida. I contacted them and setup a car rental in Gainesville Florida for 07/22/21. But they didnt apply my initial payment to the new car rental agreement but same company Dollar. Ive sent them my car rental pickup agreement and payment for Gainesville Florida. Im yet to receive my full refund of $174.66 pre payment for Daytona Florida which I did not use User's recommendation: Be skeptical before using. Can’t reach anyone by phone only email.
