I have faxed this company twice with the required notarized forms for a certified copy of my birth certificate. And twice they said I have not completed the steps for the processing of the order. I have checked and rechecked the forms needed and everything is in order. I have faxed these forms to myself to see what they may see on their end. My fax is clear and all required pages were received. Saturday I received an email asking that I contact the county where I was born for help, no one answered the phone, you must leave a message, and they will get back to you. Another email now says my order has been canceled!!!! User's recommendation: Mail in your order because faxing is unreliable.
