I absolutely adore the manager and was just requesting her full name so I could send a commendation through corporate. Janelle Crouche REFUSED to give me her full name. Even stated she didnt know her full name. However, I know she has a commendation certificate behind the counter, with her first and last name on it. She stated that legally, she wasnt able to give me the last name of the store manager. Which I know is false. Ive worked retail in the same state and thats a flat lie. User's recommendation: Don’t deal with janelle.
