Can’t get any help with the wig l bought

I ordered a wig and got charged for 2 wig which l ordered that one wig in April of last year the wig person sent it to me again and l never order it, but charged me on my card 87 dollars. I ordered a wig and not satisfied with it and don't know how l can return it thank you Carol Thomas 871s.schenley Youngstown Ohio 44509
