This was my first and last purchase from Houzz. The items were damaged when they arrived. I tried to return them and was told it would cost $55 for the return. $55 for an $88 item! I tried multiple times to reach chat but there were never agents available. I received a generic email response even though I provided all information. I found a telephone number here. I had to send photos of the damaged items to see if the vendor would provide a return label. Unbelievable! User's recommendation: Buyer beware.
