Missing payments

In an attempt to pay off my loan, I made (4) 2,000.00 payments. My balance was 9,053.00. I paid a total of 8,000.00 They only gave me credit for 4,000.00. I have called so many times. The money came out my bank 2 minutes later. Check Check free verified they paid the 8,000.00 to Ally. So, where's my MONEY??_
