We have had no power for 3days no my complaint number is 545****
In our area just a few households are without power at first they said it was because the poles in zani muone are which had fallen down, which could have caused that they fixed it and power was restored that side but not our area, are we not customers. Please we may not be important in whatever but to restore power to us so many things go wrong without electricity. User's recommendation: To be attentive to all customers regardless of their status because we all need the service.
