I applied for a cash-out refi on November 30, 2020. I had a house worth $500k+ with a 1st of $120k and wanted a refi for $220k. I expected a close of Dec. TWO and ONE-HALF months later they were still asking for information. It was quickly obvious that the processors had no idea what they were doing. I was in commercial banking for over 40 years so I know how this process works. THEY HAS NO CLUE! User's recommendation: Stay away from these people.
