There is no customer service. No way to speak with a human being. No clear return address. No support other than inactive online links. I will never buy another thing from the google store. If you want to buy google products go the a retail vendor like Best Buy, Bed, Bath and Beyond or Staples. User's recommendation: Carol Stream,
