our bose sound bar broke after two years.( the input ac ) . we tried to order the part on line but evidentially you cant buy booze parts on line. we called bose customer service to see if they could get us the part and they insisted on getting our address, email , phone number before they would even tell us if they could get the part. we are very upset about this. we have multiple bose products . they didnt dare about us or helping us. they didnt care that we are a bose family and they didnt care that our 1100$ sound bar broke after two years! they just wanted our information. shame on you Bose! User's recommendation: don’t buy bose. the company is not the same.
