Steam mop 5 in 1 FSMH13E5

Hi I purchased a steam mop on the 11/09/2019, In woddies in Nenagh Co. Tipperary,recently it has been leaking water from the back ( there is a small hole at the back where steam and water comes out every so often)and it takes a while to heat up .(2018 **-**) black and decker steam mop 5 in 1, FSMH13E5.
