Did not receive ticket

I purchased a ticket to leave from Charlotte, N.C to Atlanta, G.A yesterday and received the code AI7JHRA but there is no ticket in my email ( samo2xtimes@***.com ) and when I went to search my ticket, the site said it could not find the details. Need assistance as soon as possible because my bus is scheduled to leave tomorrow. Thanks
