Terrible mortgage lending practices and response time; complete incompetence

Loan officer promised a rate and then refused to lock a rate for over 3 weeks in order to try to force me into whatever rate was available (during a time of upcoming increasing rates). Actually failed to respond to call, text, and email as well as the loan processor on this matter as well as progressing forward necessary needed materials. He would tell me that the materials requested by processor were "not necessary in your case given you are a low risk borrower" and then fail to give them the materials when I provided then anyways. They allowed my contract period to expire to the point where I had to have costly extensions, all from their doing User's recommendation: worst lender and bank I've ever dealt with. Borrower beware.
