I called and asked for the name of the person to whom I was speaking to at the location on Custer road in Richardson Texas. He refused to give me his name and hung up on me. I called back and a female individual answered. When I asked for the name of the male individual who hung up on me, she suggested I call back the following day. Why is it inappropriate for me to know the name of the individual to whom I am speaking and why was I treateddon't in this manner???? User's recommendation: don't ever go there.
