Need Title paid off Aug 2020 and still waiting

I requested a lien release letter Monday, May 10th, from Kia Finance. Also on May 10th, Celebration Kia Lewis Center contacted me and reported no mistake ..ie misspell of my last name Taylor. My sister whom financed the loan pulled her credit and no loan exists. I have obtained a copy of the payout check from my bank. Why is there a lien on my vehicle?!
