On 4/27/21 I called Kia Finance to buy my leased Sorrento. I got what I needed. On 4/28/21 I called again and was hung up on: called again put on hold: cut off; called again and got my final payment and an email packet of papers. I sent the necessary funds on 4/27 and 5/4/21. Called 5/5/21 and confirmed with Regina. She said mileage confirmation not necessary. Title in my hand 10 days. 66/1/21 no title . Called. NO MILEAGE FORM NO TITLE! Faxed it NO processing for 10 days. Employees are POORLY TRAINED and NOT AT ALL SYMPATHIC. Mean time No title no plates and TURNED OVER TO COLLECTION!!! They User's recommendation: record everything use your phone video feature.
