Original review updated by user Feb 27, 2021 I checked in with a 45 minute wait time. Walked in at my check in time, was checked in and told to wait in my car. Someone walked in with her kid and was taken immediately. Another man walked in and was taken immediately. And a woman walked in, back out to her car, and back in and was taken all before me. I waited 45 additional minutes before leaving. This was at dutchmans pkwy location. Last night I walked in with what I thought was a hour prior to closing time. Waited behind 2 customers who paid, then the lady, without addressing me, looked at me and said, "we're about to close." This was at dixie hwy location. Never going back. User's recommendation: Make an appointment with a salon with good reviews.
