For flight cancellation
Hi, i have sent edreams an email that am not travelling and have decided to cancel my flight which was ment for the 11 of August, and will like to be refunded my money back into my account. My email was ignored and up to date i didn't receive my money back and no one gets back to me. Am extremely disappointed. User's recommendation: Disappointed.
