I can’t cancel my contract online. I have to use a phone number. I have tried on three different business days: “Not possible to Contact at this time.”

I used Homestead Technologies for twenty years and was very happy with them. I understood their formats. Closed my business. Moved to Portugal. Opened new business. Nothing seems to work. Got tired of trying to make it work. Went through cancel steps online. Got message: To cancel you must call this 800 number. I have tried on three different days and always get an operator message: "It is not possible to contact this number at this time." Growing hostile. Will contact my bank to tell them not to honor Homestead's invoice. User's recommendation: When it works, it's wonderful. Right now I'm mad and frustrated.
