Ordered from InkProducts without checking reviews; big mistake. They sent the wrong ink and system. I contacted them and they stated "do not use that ink as it will damage your printer". Very bad! I complained that it is a very bad mistake and a customer may not have even checked to ensure the system was the correct system for their printer. Would they have replaced the printer.? "They do not replace printers" ; very arrogant. They got upset with me. Can you believe it. It turns out they are a small FL outfit with an enormous number of Better Bureau complaints. They have a rating of 2/5. InkProducts is a company that is a monumental tribute to a company that can stay in business with poor products, poor customer service, poor responses, astronomically poor ratings; and still function to rip customers off. Think of it. That so many customers have filed complaints with their local BB, taken the time, certainly indicates a defunct company. Find somewhere else to do business and avoid the headaches -
