I called inquiring whey when I checked out of the hotel my charges were $2,000 something and they charged me $2700. They said it was taxes, taxes on this room are 12.5% at $800 taxes they are charging me near 40%. This has got to be against the law. How can this happen! Also because of a family emergency I canceled the last night! with appro with approval User's recommendation: DO NO USE RESERVATIONS.COM, OR EXPEDIA THEY MERGED AND ARE JUST AS BAD.
