Complaint, aggravation, and incompetence

Called billing 4 days, on hold 20min recorded message .No call back. Call patient advocate, Karen-NoHelp. When stated BMC should be ashamed of themselves for this customer service, she got defensive and gave me bogus Customer service # and hung up. Total incompetence in administration. You are a $ to this hospital and nothing else. Better hope you don't need assistance other than medical User's recommendation: Use another hospital if you can. Make hospitals non-profit.
