Ive called into customer service and I have a pretty good pay history with CFNA and I have a repair that needs to be done on my wife vehicle in which I requested credit line review to be able to Address this issue because this is the vehicle my wife drives with our kids and I wouldnt want her to be stranded if this breaks. And I was denied. After asking how often are reviews done I was told every month. But every month Im told no when I request review. At this point Ive created the charges and I make my monthly payment with no problem its a debt and I dont mind paying but I feel that if Im a lying customer what do you guys do to keep customers happy. Unless this is a world that we just care about the number and not the satisfaction of the customer. At this point Im a non happy customer with cfna. Im leaning to just paying my debt off which is owed and closing card and I wouldnt recommend this company to do business with a company that doesnt help in the time of need. Signed a unhappy on time payer of account. User's recommendation: Please do what’s right and pay bill if you create debt but don’t expect any assistance.
