July 13, 2016, at 3:30 pm I was called at 4:01 pm and I was questioned my insurance company’s name, at that time I had to rush to make my phone call to my husband’s work; I was given my insurance company’s name. The Dr. in charged questioned me by saying “I’ve Never heard of this insurance”?! She made me feel as though I was a lying. Then after I was told to get the address and phone number, I went again to make the call to get that info. (To save a few minutes time, I asked the receptionist if I could use the phone, but when he asked the Dr. in charged she said no ‘cause it was consider a personal call) so I went outside to make my phone call, and the girl in charged at my husband work had left for the day. Again the Dr. in charged at that time said she could extracted my tooth for $393.67 dollars, but I couldn’t afford that price, so I left horrified with my pain, my bad tooth, and bad experience. I went to another dentist, since I have a good dental insurance plan and I only had to pay $31.00 dollars. I’ll never go to Allegro Dentistry again in my life time. and would suggest that you don’t either! Allegro: Mi experiencia con Allegro Dentistry fue horrible! Mi cita fue el Miercoles, 13 de Julio, a las 3:30 pm. Me llamaron a las 4:01 y me preguntaron por el nombre de mi seguro, y de la compania; cuando hice la llamada al trabajo de mi esposo, la senorita encarga en la oficina de seguros, me dio el informe, vine y se lo di a la Dra. alli presente, su repuesta fue, “Nunca habia oido yo de esta compania de seguros” me hizo sentirme como una mentirosa! (no puedo darles el nombre porque no lo tenia puesto en su uniforme o chaqueta), luego me dijo que necesitaba la direccion y numero de telefono, (como no me lo dijo antes)?! Asi que fui de nuevo con mi malestar para hacer de nuevo mi llamada, pero la senorita encargada de darme esa informacion, se habia ido a casa. Yo queriendo ahorrar tiempo, le pregunte al recepcionista, Christian, que el fue muy gentil en desirme que tenia que preguntarle a la Dra. si yo podia hacer esa llamada, y la Dra. le dijo que NO, y se dirijio a mi tambien diciendome que NO podia usar el telefono ya que era una llamada personal, segun ella. Lueguito me dijo que ella me podia sacar mi muela por $393.67 dolares! Yo les dije que no podia pagar esa cantidad de dinero. Asi que me fui, con mi dolor de muela , mal servicio al cliente, y con la mala experiencia. Fui a otro dentista y con mi buen seguro solo pague $31.00 dolares. Ya los recomende muy mal a mis familiares y amistades por tan mal servicio, y la mala experiencia que tube.
