Called to get a pay off on vehicle

Nobody ever answered really for a payoff!! Your automated system sucks because I should be able to get a payoff through your system not online. User’s recommendation: Not to do business with jsc.

Card was declined with money in there

I spoke with two representatives and none could help because one didn’t have enough information so she transferred me to another representative which she said she couldnt help me because she could only cancel the card.
